Package 1: The Spud Social  (34 guests minimum) – $45 per person

Menu selections in this agreement apply to the event package as a whole, not to individual guests. Each package includes one (1) soup, one (1) salad, one (1) sandwich, and four (4) jacket potatoes.

Package 2: The Spud & Stack Deluxe  (38 guests minimum) – $40 per person.

Menu selections in this agreement apply to the event package as a whole, not to individual guests. Each package includes one (1) soup or salad, one (1) sandwich, and two (2) jacket potatoes.

Package 3: Islander’s Feast  (34 guests minimum) – $45 per person

Menu selections in this agreement apply to the event package as a whole, not to individual guests. Each package includes one (1) soup, one (1) salad, one (1) sandwich, four (4) jacket potatoes and one (1) Beverage.

Package 4: The Ultimate Jacket Bar  (Build-Your-Own, 44 guests minimum) – $35 per person

Menu selections in this agreement apply to the event package as a whole, not to individual guests. Each package includes one (1) jacket potatoes, and the selection of six (6) toppings. Optional protein add-ons (billed separately)

Allergen & Food Safety Notice

Before placing your order, please inform your server if a person in your party has a food allergy.

*These items are cooked to order and may be served raw or undercooked. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.

Please note that we cannot guarantee any menu items are entirely free from allergens. Our food is prepared using shared equipment, and common allergens are handled throughout our commissary kitchen and supply process, which may result in cross-contact.

Terms & Conditions

Reservation Confirmation

• Your requested event date and time is reserved only after receipt of the first payment (deposit).

• The deposit confirms your commitment and allows CJ’s Jacket Potato to block your requested date and time.

  
  

CJ’s Minimum Catering Policy — “When We Close the Trailer” To protect our street operation and ensure quality service:

• Minimum Revenue for Trailer Closure: $1,500 per event

• Events under $1,500 may be served drop-off only or rescheduled

• Optional upsells and add-ons can help meet the minimum while keeping your menu flexible

• This ensures we deliver fresh, high-quality food while keeping street service sustainable

  
  

Deposit & Booking

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimate is due within 5 business days of signing the agreement.

• Remaining balance is due prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy

• 14+ days prior: Full refund of deposit

• 7–13 days prior: 50% refund; deposit non-refundable

• Less than 7 days prior: No refund

Guest Count & Menu

• Final numbers are due 14 days prior

• Additional guests may incur charges (per guest pricing applies)

Allergies

• Clients must disclose all known allergies 14 days prior

• CJ’s Jacket Potato is not responsible for undisclosed allergies

Travel & Access

• Mileage charged round trip from our commissary

• Client must provide parking, safe access, and any required permits unless prearranged

Force Majeure

• CJ’s Jacket Potato is not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, government mandates, equipment failure, or other uncontrollable events
